Sales Administrator

  • Issuing Sales Transaction Invoices.

  • Compiling Monthly Sales Reports.

We are looking for experienced and fully SIA licenced Security Officers to join our dynamic and fast growing company.

Role: Part time / Full time

Our Security Officers are often the first point of contact for both staff and visitors for our clients; therefore it is imperative that we provide a physical security presence that is approachable, whilst also confident and authoritative.
 

You will be responsible for ensuring that the security service is to the highest standard and that the protection of our client’s staff, visitors and premises are given the highest priority. You will ensure that any instructions that you are given are carried out in a professional and timely manner to the best of your ability, ensuring that all company processes and procedures are adhered to. 
 

You will be proactive and remain vigilant at all times ready to intervene, react and de-escalate potentially serious situations should they arise.
 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet in a polite and approachable manner

  • Carry out your day to day activities as directed by your line manager or Supervisor

  • Accurate incident reporting

  • Respond to all alarm activations and follow the correct site procedures

  • Where required, conduct both vehicle and personal luggage searches

  • Present a physical presence as a deterrent to prevent unlawful access to customers premises

  • Challenge unauthorised access to a premises and escalate as applicable

  • Ensure that company and customer policies are adhered to at all times.

  • Ensure that you fulfil your role in any emergency evacuation

  • Conduct patrols as instructed by your line manager and remain vigilant

  • Have an awareness of hostile recon

  • You will ensure that your SIA license is visible at all times

  • Ensure that a detailed shift hand over is provided at the start and end of each shift

Security Team Leader 

We are looking for experienced and fully SIA licenced Security Team Leaders to join our dynamic and fast growing company.

Hours: Full Time / Part Time  

Location: London and surrounding 

Start: ASAP  

Our Security Team Leaders are responsible for the day to day operations ensuring that all contractual requirements are being met. You will ensure that you have a fully trained and motivated team in place ready to provide a great customer experience. 
 

You will be responsible for ensuring that the security service is to the highest standard and that the protection of our client’s staff, visitors and premises are given the highest priority. You will ensure that any instructions that you are given are carried out in a professional and timely manner to the best of your ability, ensuring that all company processes and procedures are adhered to. 
 

You will be proactive and remain vigilant at all times ready to intervene, react and de-escalate potentially serious situations should they arise.

 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • You will ensure that your SIA license is visible at all times

  • Ensure that a detailed shift hand over is provided at the start and end of each shift

  • Plan and direct the local operations as instructed by your line manager or supervisor 

  • Correct areas of employee underperformance through monitoring and reviewing

  • Be alert to the companies and client’s needs 

  • Work in partnership with the client and their supply partners to support the delivery of the security service

  • Resolve all operational problems within your place of work and provide regular updates to your line manager

  • Ensure all manning levels are consistent and correct for your place of work and report any discrepancies to your line manager  

  • Be clear and confident when delivering instructions and briefings to your team 

  • Ensure that both you and your team adhere to Health and Safety 

  • Ensure that your team are aware of onsite assignment instructions

  • Ensure that all site based paper is maintained 

  • Identify and refer any issues to your line manager

Security Supervisors

We are looking for experienced and fully SIA licenced Security Supervisors to join our dynamic and fast growing company.

Hours: Full Time / Part Time  

Location: London and surrounding 

Start: ASAP  

Our Security Supervisors are responsible for leading and managing their team to ensure that the day to day operations and all contractual requirements are being met. You will ensure that you have a fully trained and motivated team in place ready to provide a great customer experience. 


You will be responsible for ensuring that the security service is to the highest standard and that the protection of our client’s staff, visitors and premises are given the highest priority. You will ensure that any instructions that you are given are carried out in a professional and timely manner to the best of your ability, ensuring that all company processes and procedures are adhered to. 


You will be proactive and remain vigilant at all times ready to intervene, react and de-escalate potentially serious situations should they arise.

 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that only correct, clear and well written communications and instructions are distributed on behalf of the company

  • Confidentially liaise with the customer, their staff, visitors and supply partners

  • Correct areas of employee underperformance through monitoring and reviewing

  • Be alert to the companies and client’s needs
